I use domestic objects as proxies, using the meanings and assumptions assigned to them to unpick gender and class and their functions both in my own life and in today’s society. By manipulating and subverting those objects, I seek to reveal the hidden, the assumed and the unnoticed and the impact these have on day-to-day existence.”
