I am interested in all species, ideas of metamorphosis, anthropomorphism, Evolution, Cryptozoology, belief systems, Horror, hierarchical thinking and great British eccentrics and experts. My work takes the form of installations, sculpture, video, sound pieces, Photography, taxidermy, drawing and text.
This award will enable me to travel across Britain to meet with various experts, visit far away museums and centers of interest. I have put the wheels in motion to begin work on many different projects that reach beyond the art world into expeditions and exciting discoveries in far flung islands.
